Politikon is the academic journal of the International Association for
Political Science Students (IAPSS). It is recognized as one of the leading
academic journals publishing the work of students from across the fields of
political science and international relations.
Founded in 2001, the journal is
published twice yearly and distributed in hard copy and online to more than
10,000 IAPSS members in more than 40 countries on every continent, as well as
outside the IAPSS network.
Politikon publishes the best in undergraduate and graduate student
scholarship from around the world. The peer-review and refereeing process
involves full Professors, leading academics and experts from across the world
and abstracts from Politikon are included in the International Political
Science Association’s (IPSA) Annual International Political Science Abstracts
In a crowded academic publication market Politikon has carved out a
niche, becoming one of the longest standing and most highly regarded student journals
of political science and international relations for students in the world.
