Abstract

With this conceptual frame, the proposal of the present test will be the analysis of three contemporary democracies (Chile, Spain and Argentina), with the criteria of being able politician (intensity, effectiveness and latitude), for thus, to determine if the Popular Governments, are more or less popular or more or less government or both together ones for which he would be being been speaking of democracy in terms of Alf Ross.
